We use TNT, DHL, Fedex and UPS for international orders and Royal mail for smaller items shipped within the UK. We only charge the cost of shipping on all items that we are quoted by the shipping companies. Should you require a custom quotation or wish to organize shipping yourself (Larger items), please contact us.
Once an order is placed, our store will automatically send you an e-mail acknowledgement, and your order will be processed. Small items usually ship within the estimated time frames mentioned on the product pages. Larger items could take longer depending on our current workload and the item ordered.
Small items, claws, teeth etc generally ship via UK Royal mail first class so no tracking is available. By request we can ship via Parcelforce 48 which is fully insured and trackable for £13.99 extra.
Large items, UK & International, we will enter your email address at point of shipping so updates will automatically be sent to you via your email. Please ensure you enter your telephone number correctly at checkout as this is required by the shipping companies to aid delivering your item to you. Failure to supply a valid telephone number means that in some cases, an item is undeliverable and returned to us at considerable expense. We accept no liability for such costs incurred and will invoice to you any cost incurred with incorrect shipping /address/telephone numbers.
Jan 2021 - Prices on our website for large skulls etc are shown with air mail prices. We now have an option for a door to door service worldwide via Sea freight - we can make big savings using this route, although delivery takes a little while longer. This is for any large items, for an accurate quote on any of our products, please contact us.

Please note for deliveries to all countries outside the UK, your country may charge an import/customs fee on items. Please check your local laws regarding this as we cannot accept any liability for any customs charges, or costs incurred with failed deliveries/rejected deliveries and return transit costs.
